If registration costs are a significant deterrent, please message Siobhan privately to discuss arrangements.

Hotel bookings! Hotel DeAnza has set aside rooms for us at $119/night (Single King room) and $139/night (2 Double Beds) good for the nights of Apr 3 and Apr 4. You must call Kim Saephan-Lopez at the Hotel DeAnza directly to obtain these rates and tell her you are with the Bay Area Diplomacy Group. You can reach her at (408)[masked], if she is not at her desk, leave a message and she will get back to you.

As for travel… SJC is your best bet on airports, but transport to/from SFO and OAK can be arranged as well. For those in the Bay, Caltrain, VTA Lightrail, and Amtrak are great options and drop off a half mile from the venue at Diridon station.
